Best for:
Black teas, breakfast blends, Earl Grey, Kenyan and Assam styles.
How to Brew
- 1 teaspoon (2β3g) per 8 oz (240ml)
- Freshly boiled water (98β100Β°C / 185β195Β°F)
- Steep 3β5 minutes
For a richer cup, add milk after steeping.
For iced tea, steep slightly stronger and pour over ice.

How to Brew (Gaiwan Method)
- 5β6g per 100ml
- 90β100Β°C water (adjust slightly for green/white teas)

- Re-steep multiple times, increasing gradually

- Add 60β75ml (2β2.5 oz) hot (not boiling) water
